- Budget: Entry level ($20-40), Mid-range ($40-80), Premium ($80+)
What Actually Matters (My Take)
After testing hundreds of products, here's what I've found makes the biggest difference:
- Weight: I prefer 700g+ minimum. Heavier onaholes feel more substantial and realistic in hand. Lightweight options often feel cheap and require more effort to use.
- Softness: I gravitate toward pretty soft products (7-8 on my 10-point scale). Too firm feels unnatural; too soft lacks structure.
- Material: TPE over platinum silicone, hands down. I've tested the best from both camps—TPE (Sensbody, NPG/Nippori Gift, Fleshlight) vs platinum silicone (Bad Dragon, Boogina)—and TPE wins for sensation every time.
- Layers: Double or triple layer construction only, with very few exceptions. Single-layer products rarely deliver the same premium feel.
